International Shipping Update

Hi friends, Sam here. I wanted to give a quick update on the status of our international shipping capabilities, as our recent move to a new ecommerce provider has presented some unforeseen challenges.

Our new platform doesn’t seem to have access to the same rates we were getting before, nor is their shipping calculator as robust as we would have hoped. While it’s been frustrating to be blindsided by this right before our drop tomorrow, we’ve done our best to make international shipping as available and as affordable as possible.

We’re continuing to explore options to bring costs back down to where they were previously. Also, if you discover during checkout that your country is currently unsupported, please reach out and we will try to add it ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience; Zen and I are doing our best to get this right.
